Well, it's been about 3 weeks since we visited the doctor's office, and Kaiya really missed the great staff. So, today we took an unplanned trip to see the pediatrician - this time for a cold and pink eye! The doctor said that babies her age often develop an ear infection with the cold. So, please pray that this doesn't happen and that we don't visit the office again until the end of the month for her 6 month check up.
The good news? Kaiya weighs 13 lbs. 9.6 oz. and is 25" long.

Learning to sit
Kaiya still has a long way to go to master the art of sitting unassisted, but she is making great strides in the learning process. It won't be long!
